Folosim linte roşie.<br />
O spălăm în câteva ape, apoi o punem la fiert cu apă, dar nu prea multă, ca să nu die nevoie să aruncăm zeama la final. Punem şi o ceapă mică, un cartof felii, un morcov mic si un pătrunjel, tot felii, ca să fiarbă repede. Fierbe repede, in 20 de minute. Potrivim de sare. Scurgem excesul de lichid şi pasăm. Pasta obţinută o frecăm cu ulei, adăugăm piper şi ceapă verde. Peste acestea se toarnă o compoziţie din iaurt gras amestecat cu gelatină dizolvază în suc de fructe (conform cantităţilor indicate pe plic), îndulcită cu stevia sau alţi îndulcitori preferaţi. Pentru arome, se pune esenţă de vanilie. Se dă totul la rece.<br />

Se face cu conopidă fiartă şi răcită, amestecată cu ouă, brânză - de preferabil de mai multe feluri, un pic de smântână sau lapte, o lingură de făină. Se condimentează şi se coace în cuptor.<br />

Toacă 6 cepe şi o căpăţână de usturoi. Pune-le într-o tigaie grea, acoperită, fara ulei sau apa. Se lasă la foc mare, se amestecă în mod constant, până când ceapa devine translucidă.Se adaugă o ceaşcă de ulei de măsline. Se pune la foc mic spre mediu, descoperită, şi fierbe aproximativ 10 minute.<br />
<br />
Adauga 1 / 2 lingura de pastă de ardei sau 1 lingura de pastă de cimbru şi se amestecă bine.<br />
<br />
Amestecând în tot acest timp, se adaugă:<br />
1 lingură Sare<br />
1 lingură pulbere Curry<br />
1 lingură cardamom<br />
1 lingură Cuişoare<br />
Oregano <br />
1 linguriţă busuioc<br />
1 linguriţă scorţişoară <br />
<br />
Se reduce energie termică şi se fierbe 10 minute.<br />

Facem o tocană din dovlecei:<br />
Mai întâi calim ceapă tocată, adăugăm morcov ras şi apoi dovlecei cuburi.<br />
Potrivim de sare, completăm cu apă şi îi lăsăm să fiarbă.<br />
Când sunt fierţi, adăugăm un sos din smântână frecată cu o linguriţă de făină. Mai lăsăm să fiarbă 5 minute, apoi adăugăm mărar tocat.<br />

<br />
O cana cu soia se pune la inmuiat timp de 12-15 ore si acestea isi vor dubla volumul.<br />
Se schimba apa de cateva ori. Apoi boabele de soia se trec prin maşina de tocat sau prin blender, ca să rezulte o pasta omogena.<br />
Peste piure se pun 2 litri de apa rece si se amestecă.<br />
Se lasa deoparte 30 de minute, apoi se strecoară.<br />
Lichidul obţinut se fierbe la foc mic 30-40 de minute, se amesteca ca sa nu se prindă de vas. Se spumuieşte mereu.<br />
Dupa ce se ia de pe foc, se pot adauga arome, vanilie, cacao sau ce indulcitori doriţi, .<br />
Laptele de soia se poate folosi apoi si la budinci, prajituri etc.<br />
